What you get

Not a generic training provider: knowledge from 20 years in metalworking and defense technology – armour steel, DIN 2303, defense qualification – that you will not find elsewhere on the market.

Unlimited access to all online courses and all checks – including the shopfloor checks as a self-test with a confirmation of participation (not a DGUV instruction record).
A dedicated company area: every employee gets their own login, their own progress, their own confirmation of participation to download.
For management: an overview of the whole workforce at a glance – who has completed what, where briefings still need to be organised.
The catalogue keeps growing – new topics are added automatically, at no extra cost.

Company area: your own courses for your team

You do not have to stop at our courses. In the company area you build your own courses for your machines, processes and rules, and assign them to your team. Own courses are an add-on module that we enable for your licence on request; up to ten own courses is the usual setting.

Create your own courses: write lessons as text and add self-test questions.
Upload documents, PDF files and images to your lessons. Every file is scanned for malware; if you remove a file, it is deleted.
Nothing goes live without you: a course only becomes visible to employees after you approve it.
Assign courses with a deadline to individual employees, groups or everyone. Optionally with a repeat interval and email reminders.
Participation overview: who took part and when, with date and number of the confirmation of attendance.
Up to three administrators per company, and new employees are invited and accept the invitation themselves.

Your company is responsible for content and instruction obligations. Invictix provides the technology and does not review or assess your content. Please do not upload personal data of third parties.

Prices in euros, per seat and month. The tier depends on the total number of your seats and applies to all seats.

Payment: monthly at the tier prices, or annually in advance.

Example: 3 seats at €90.00 per month cost €3,240.00 per year with monthly payment and €2,754.00 with annual payment in advance (both net).

Term 12 months in both cases. The subscription renews automatically; the notice period is 30 days.

A seat can be swapped at most once in 30 days.

Who this is for

Questions and answers

Can private individuals use the Academy?

No. The annual licence is available to businesses within the meaning of Sec. 14 German Civil Code (BGB) only; the company assigns the seats to its employees.

Is the Academy distance learning under the German FernUSG?

No. All Academy courses and checks are self-study offers without learning-progress monitoring and without subject-matter tutoring by Invictix: participants evaluate the self-tests themselves, as often as they like and without a pass mark, and receive a confirmation of participation. Monitoring of learning success by the provider – the defining feature of distance learning under Sec. 1 FernUSG – does not take place. Which instruction is repeated when is decided by the employer.

What happens if I swap out an employee?

The seat switches to the new person within the current month at no extra cost.

Do I have to register all employees?

No. You choose how many seats to book – not everyone in the business has to be included.

What if we are missing a topic?

Submit a request. Subscribers help prioritise what gets built next – individual courses tailored to your business are available as an add-on at the usual day rate.

Can I protect my access with a second factor?

Yes. In your online account under “Security” you can set up an authenticator app (for example Microsoft Authenticator or Google Authenticator) or a passkey. Sign-in then asks for your password and a code. You receive ten recovery codes in case your phone is unavailable. Setup is optional and takes about two minutes. You confirm later changes to factors, recovery codes and remembered devices with a current code or your passkey in addition to your password.

Do I have to use the second factor?

Not as an individual customer. With an annual licence, your employer can require a second factor for all seats. You will then see a setup page at your next sign-in; courses and checks open only after setup. Changing your password and technical support remain available.

I lost my phone and have no recovery codes left. What now?

Write to academy@invictix.de. We will call you back to verify your identity and reset the second factor. You can then set it up again.

What is a passkey?

A passkey is a key stored on your device (for example Windows Hello or your phone's face or fingerprint unlock). It replaces the code from the app, not the password.
