Invictix comes from the Latin Invictus – the unconquered. Not the one who never falls. The one who gets back up. Systems stands for what emerges in a business: workflows, responsibilities and metrics that keep running without the owner.
What we don't do
- No permanent presence that makes the business dependent.
- No strategy papers without implementation.
- No restructuring at the expense of the working climate – whoever loses the team has lost the business.
