- Non-destructive testing is complete, because it must take place before blasting.
- The temperature of every drying and bake-on stage stays below the material-specific limit of around 200 degrees Celsius.
- The blasting media matches the defined procedure, not an ad hoc decision on the day.
- Cleanliness grade and roughness are measured and logged.
- The time window between blasting and the first coat is observed.
- The coating system and infrared camouflage requirement have been clarified from the contract.
- Coating thickness measurement is logged, stating the test equipment used.
- Mating and marking surfaces are masked off before coating.
