Technische Partnerschaft
Two days a month. One fixed date. No consultant who stays.
Most businesses don't lack knowledge – they lack time and distance. The owner calculates between two phone calls, purchasing has no capacity for second sources, a ramp-up runs alongside day-to-day business. The Technische Partnerschaft (technical partnership) addresses exactly that: an experienced outside plant manager, two days a month – with the aim that the business runs without them after six months.
Book an initial callAssess quotes
Before a quote goes out: are cycle time, setup time, material price and scrap rate realistic on this machine with this workforce?
A written short assessment per quote – price holds, risk missing, or don't take the order.
Build second sources
Make dependencies visible, prioritise, qualify second suppliers – samples, testing, approval – before the first supplier fails.
Documented second sources for the critical positions.
Support ramp-up
On site on the days it can go wrong: first parts, first measurement, first night shift, first complaint.
A stable series state with documented parameters and inspection plan.
Steering meeting with management
One fixed date a month, about an hour: make-or-buy, supplier strategy, capacity, priorities for the coming weeks.
A written summary with agreed next steps.
- 2 advisory days a month on site, freely distributed
- Fixed term of 6 months, then ongoing with 4 weeks' notice to the end of the month
- Take-or-pay: days not called off lapse, the fee remains due
Monthly fee, on request. The price is stated in the proposal, not on this page.
If a Nachfolge-Check or Defense-Readiness-Check was carried out beforehand, half of that fee is credited towards the first monthly fee.
If a plant or production manager is unexpectedly unavailable, Invictix can step in as interim – full time, for a fixed term. Precondition: the business is already known from an ongoing Technische Partnerschaft. No interim work at businesses Invictix has not yet worked with.
Metalworking companies, 9 to 250 employees, owner-managed – plus dealers and larger companies that need an independent view of production or suppliers. Point of contact: owner, managing director or plant manager.
