Can I buy as a private individual?

No. We sell online checks, online courses and worker checks exclusively to businesses within the meaning of Sec. 14 German Civil Code (BGB) – companies, sole traders and freelancers. You confirm this with a checkbox when buying; there is therefore no consumer right of withdrawal.

Is this distance learning under the German FernUSG?

No. Our online products are self-study offers: you work through the content and checklists on your own and evaluate the self-tests yourself – as often as you like, without a pass mark. There is no learning-progress monitoring and no subject-matter tutoring by Invictix, and you receive a certificate of participation, not an examination certificate. The defining feature of distance learning under Sec. 1 FernUSG – monitoring of learning success by the provider – is therefore absent. Our support helps with access and technology, not with content.

Do I need a user account?

Yes. It is created automatically as soon as you pay via PayPal – no separate registration beforehand. You set your own password right afterwards.

When do I have to pay?

Directly when you buy, via PayPal. You are unlocked immediately afterwards.

Who sees my information?

Only Invictix. The confidentiality commitment covers everything you enter when buying.

What is the report – and what is it not?
