What it covers

For metal fabrication businesses that want to become suppliers to the defence sector and need to know what clients and authorities require before the first contract. The package covers four modules: DIN 2303 for production facilities, AQAP certification fundamentals, supplier qualification in the defence sector, protective security fundamentals.

All items are self-study courses: work at your own pace, self-tests for personal review without grading, one certificate of participation per course upon completion. One purchase, one invoice, one access for 90 days; each item is opened and completed individually.

Do you need more than one topic or have several participants? In that case, the Academy annual subscription is the better option: all courses, checks and operator checks for the entire team, continuously updated.

Questions and answers
Can I buy as a private individual?

No. We sell online checks, online courses and worker checks exclusively to businesses within the meaning of Sec. 14 German Civil Code (BGB) – companies, sole traders and freelancers. You confirm this with a checkbox when buying; there is therefore no consumer right of withdrawal.

What do I get in the online courses and checks?

All online courses and checks are self-study offers: you work through the content and checklists yourself, evaluate the self-tests yourself (as often as you like, without a pass mark) and receive a confirmation of participation at the end. Invictix does not evaluate answers and does not provide subject-matter tutoring; support helps with access and technology. Which course is repeated by whom and when in the company is decided by the employer.

Do I need a user account?

Yes. It is created automatically as soon as you pay via PayPal – no separate registration beforehand. You set your own password right afterwards.

When do I have to pay?

Directly when you buy, via PayPal. You are unlocked immediately afterwards.

Who sees my information?

Only Invictix. The confidentiality commitment covers everything you enter when buying.

What is the report – and what is it not?

A structured evaluation of your own answers with a traffic light per field and concrete next steps. Not an on-site inspection and not an expert appraisal.

Can I switch to an on-site product later?

Yes, any time. The online product and a later on-site product are billed separately.

Can I protect my access with a second factor?

Yes. In your online account under “Security” you can set up an authenticator app (for example Microsoft Authenticator or Google Authenticator) or a passkey. Sign-in then asks for your password and a code. You receive ten recovery codes in case your phone is unavailable. Setup is optional and takes about two minutes. You confirm later changes to factors, recovery codes and remembered devices with a current code or your passkey in addition to your password.

I lost my phone and have no recovery codes left. What now?

Write to academy@invictix.de. We will call you back to verify your identity and reset the second factor. You can then set it up again.

What is a passkey?

A passkey is a key stored on your device (for example Windows Hello or your phone's face or fingerprint unlock). It replaces the code from the app, not the password.
